How to shop

1. Start by selecting your items in our galleries, Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your favorite color and size.and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' .

2. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your shopping bag

3. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

4. - Confirm the contents of your shopping basket after having checked it,

5. - Fill in the customer identification form on which you should provide all of the requested contact information along with a password, or provide accurate customer identification if you already have one, and enter or confirm the invoicing and delivery addresses,

6. - Confirm your order and payment method,

7. - Confirm the payment.

8. The confirmation of the order constitutes full acceptance of the present general terms of sale and an acknowledgement of their contents by the purchaser.

9. Marani will then send you a confirmation of the order by email

10. Marani will check your order and if it's accepted (stock available, no quality problem..), the merchandise will be sent to you promptly. If anything occurs, that prevent the delivery, we will inform you.

11. You'll receive the merchandise a few days after tyour order, please check it carefully and if it doesn't give you full satisfaction, please contact us for exchange or refund.

First time orders

To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.

We deliver worldwide, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below.
Europe within 4 working days standart / 48 H00 EXPRESS
Rest of the world between 2 to 5 working days standart / 72H00 EXPRESS

All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner UPS, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

How do i make a purchase ?

I've forgotten my password, what should  do ?

Which size should I choose?

Our sizes are XS /S /M /L corresponding to FRENCH 34/36/38/40 and italian 38/40/42/44.

How do I know if an item is not in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Out of stockt" is indicated. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email customercare@marani.info to find out if there will be reorder on this item.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation prior to dispatching a DDU order.

Does MARANI ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

We deliver in unbranded packaging to keep MARANI purchases hidden from inquisitive eyes.
Your items will arrive in an unbranded box, with no indication of what's inside.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from MARANI to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Making a return or exchange is easy.

RETURNING POLICY

You are entitled to renounce to a purchase within 7 days after reception of the goods.
If you wish to return an item, Please contact customercare@marani.info within 7 days after receiving the goods. Indicate your invoice number and the product full reference and we will give you a RAN (RETURN AGREEMENT NUMBER) and all information for returning the goods.
However, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and you'll need to send back the merchandise at your own expenses.
Please send us the goods within 7 days after receiving your RNA number (RNA NUMBER VALID ONLY 10 DAYS)

EXCHANGE

Please note we can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
To exchange an item, Please contact customercare@marani.info within 7 days after receiving the goods. Indicate your invoice number and the product full reference and we will give you a RAN (RETURN AGREEMENT NUMBER) and all information for returning the goods.
We will give you full information.

Shipping is free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay duties and taxes on this.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all VAT will be refunded.
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MARANI. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
Your credit card will be re-credited after goods have been checked by our personnel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Please seek to return items for exchange or refund within 7 days, after this date, the purchase is final., no refund will be made.
• We recommend that you send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. If not, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. ; new, unused and with all garment tags still attached
• To ensure good quality service and transport security, we accept no other return procedure than the ones clearly expressed in the return mail we send you when you contact customercare@marani.info for a return demand.
.If the procedure is not respected, the purchase is considered complete and no refund or exchange will be accepted.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
